For the Love of Crows – Artwork
Recently I have become quite fascinated by the crows around me.. I always have them around but sadly took them for granted – I’ve read more and more about what smart birds they are and the people who love them and the stories they have – so, with anything I have a deep interest in, I begin doing some sort of artwork – and I become obsessed. I’m working with a relatively new medium for me, – pencil sketching – starting with a rough draft on paper – scanning to my PC , then working with Photoshop and Procreate on my iPad to get the results I like – I use a wide variety of ‘brushes’ – the results are a bit rough which I think lends to the crow personality a bit – I offer my drawings for sale on products in my zazzle shop, which is a print on demand company for those not familiar – if you see a drawing you like and would like it on a different product zazzle offers a transfer this design option – if you still have a hard time getting this to happen on your own, feel free to contact me for help via the zazzle chat. Now I need to let you know , zazzle does all the ordering, processing the products, printing and shipping – All I do is the artwork. I have no control on pricing, sales, shipping or other company related things. Just the artwork itself. Do let me know if you like my work – As I said this is a new topic for me.. just sharing my love for these phenomenal creatures. There are some pretty cool facebook groups for those who love crows. I happened on one of them quite by accident.. and am loving it.
